JOB TITLE Cleaning Operative

LOCTATION Northallerton

JOB SUMMARY
Working on behalf of Vista FM as part of the service delivery team to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and main
- tained to meet our clients' specification.

HOURS 20 per week

DAYS 5 including weekends

SHIFTS Mon-Sat 16:00-20:00

Sun 15:00-19:00

PAY £10.42

JOB ROLE

Cleaning tasks to include vacuuming, mopping, polishing, sanitising and general housekeeping tasks. Use of cleaning machinery such as scrubber driers will be also included and full training will be provided.
Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by Vista

FM & the Client.

Following the required specification to ensure all tasks are completed.
Following Health & Safety procedures.
Ensuring personal appearance and uniform are as expected in line with your employee handbook
Following through with any issues identified

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

Capable of carrying out physical aspects of the role
Good interpersonal skills providing a great service to the customer
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Ability to work well with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
Strong communication skills

DESIRABLE

Previous experience working in a similar role
Flexibility to work additional shifts & overtime
Basic understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH

DBS CHECK REQUIREMENT
This role does not require a Disclosure and Barring Service

(DBS) check at this time.

Where a role requires a DBS this must be obtained by VISTA FM.
