Full time only: Mon - Fri - 8 hours with 1 hour lunch break

Working hours range between 7.45am and 6pm, following a shift pattern.

Little Sparrows is a beautiful independent nursery with a Montessori dimension.

We have an outside classroom and bespoke garden with a vegetable plot, sensory hut, mud kitchen and a huge playground.

ROLE OUTLINE:

We are seeking someone who is passionate for early years, who enjoys looking after children and who has the skills to help children to develop and achieve.

Little Sparrows is looking for a qualified practitioner to take responsibility in keeping the children safe, helping them to develop and understand how to cater for their individual, personal needs.

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 in Childcare or above
• Being physically fit to lift equipment and take part in football and yoga
• Positive, can do attitude
• Leading by good practice
• Enjoying caring, supporting and having fun with children
• Providing effective support to the team
• Excellent communication skills
• Taking on responsibility for the job
• Developing trusting relationships with parents
• Good written ability to complete reports and assessments
• Trustworthy and punctuality

Information:

• Full time (this is not a term time job)
• 8 hours working day plus a 1 hour lunch break
• Shifts range from 7.45am 6 pm
• Opening hours are 7.45am 6pm Monday
• Friday

Salary:
£21,800.00-£26,000.00 per year
