About Our Client:


Our client is a religious organisation located in Greater Manchester who are committed to making a positive impact on local communities. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

The key responsibilities of an Administrator
will include, but may not be limited to;**- Monitoring the expiry/ renewal dates of checks.

  • Record certificate numbers and dates on the database.
  • Maintain records of recruiters within parishes.
  • Administer the DBS checks.
  • Answer call and transfer to appropriate departments.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings.
  • Greet visitors and ensure singing in processes are followed.
  • Organise internal and external events.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Background within Not for Profit and Charities desirable.
  • Proven work history in Administrator / Receptionist role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written skills.
  • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and complying with data protection laws.
