Job description:

  • Greeting customers who enter the shop
  • Assisting shoppers to find the product that they are looking for
  • Giving advice and guidance on perfume selection to customers
  • Responsible for security within the shop and being on the lookout for shop lifters
  • Keep up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
  • Answering queries from customers
  • Keeping the shop clean and tidy this includes mopping and cleaning up surfaces

Personal skills:

  • Having a friendly and engaging personality
  • Comfortable working with members of the public
  • Should have a confident manner
  • Must be helpful and polite
  • Passion, enthusiasm and knowledgeable about fragrance
  • A background in fragrance industry would be an advantage.
  • A high standard of personal grooming
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Second language is an advantage (I.e. Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese.)
  • Full UK work permit
  • References (on request)
