We are delighted to be working with a highly respected technology business, who are looking for an experienced Developer to join there Norwich based team.

This role will involve supporting the team in the documentation, building and testing of IT solutions.

You will also be engaged in assisting the delivery team, providing delivery tasks and milestones for all IT solutions, communicating progress and raisingissues in regard to delivery commitments.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Development, testing of IT technology solutions
  • Support Incidents to be resolved within agreed SLA
  • To communicate delivery commitment progress and any issues.
  • Positively influence the culture of your team.
  • To manage own development and those of your team members adopting a culture of continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for you if you have:

  • Relevant experience of Application Development and Programming
  • Previous knowledge or experience of ITIL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of electronic service and repair industry
