Your role
We are looking for a Services Planning Leader to be responsible for managing complex, strategic services opportunities and projects that span organizational boundaries including external vendors and multiple services business areas within the Europe Customer Group


Your role will involve:

  • Evaluating complex situations accurately and identifying viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.
  • Developing services pursuit plans and schedules, including tailoring or augmenting the Pursuit & Capture process as appropriate, and hold teams accountable to the plan.
  • Determining ecosystem of partners and 3rd party solutions to be integrated for E2E solutions.
  • Assisting sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Facilitating bid/nobid recommendations on services business opportunities.
  • Interfacing with senior management concerning pursuit status, pricing, costs, scheduling, and overall pursuit performance.

Your transferable skills and experience:


  • BSEE preferred with a focus on networking solutions & services business experience.
  • Telecom industry experience
  • Services business development experience
  • Experience with managing multiple highrisk opportunities and/or projects desired.
  • Program Management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on customer requirements and deliverables.
