As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful scaling of our startup as we transition into a high-growth phase.

You will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions, implementing change management strategies, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

Responsibilities:

Change Management: Lead and run the change management initiatives to support the seamless transition from startup to scale
up,
Rapid Scaling: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and run strategies for rapid and sustainable growth
Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis of departmental performance, costs, and overall profitability.
Identify opportunities for enhancing profitability by optimizing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and implementing costsaving measures, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Foster effective communication and collaboration between operations and sales teams.
