We're seeking talented, driven, people-oriented individual to work alongside our Legal Director. As a trainee you will take part in our structured training programme to develop into a successful consultant. You'll also work closely with our professional, experienced consultants.

Do you have, or are you close to completing an LLB, GDL, LPC, recently finished, have Legal work experience/vacation schemes/Paralegal experience at top firms and interested in Legal Recruitment?

You have a valuable Law or Legal qualification that could lead you down a path that you may not have considered, in Legal Headhunting and Recruitment.


The Role:

  • Working with the top 200 Law firms in the UK
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients.
  • Being proactive in identifying new business opportunities to remain competitive in the market
  • Becoming a expert in your field as your desk grows
  • Building your own business within TSR Legal, with limitless financial and progressive opportunities

About You:


  • A drive and passion to deliver within a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Commercially aware ideally with an interest in Marketing
  • Strong organisation skill and administrational efficiency.
