Description

We are looking for talented, motivated professional senior staff who are able to demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills within the clinical setting.

As Clinical Sister you will take a proactive approach in assisting the Ward Manager leading the team in the delivery of enhanced holistic services and standards of care to our patients.

We are in the process of developing our area as a dedicated Older Persons Medicine ward. We are looking to attract staff who are passionate about care of the elderly.

As an integral part of the managerial team you will be expected to demonstrate exceptionally diverse communication skills.

Have an aptitude for people management and the professional competence to make informed decisions to effectively manage operational and clinical incidents, staffing issues and effective bed utilisation throughout the directorate.
