Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, Ferndown, up to £25,000 dependant on experience
Our Ferndown based client is one of the South Coast's largest management-owned independent brokerages. Established over 30 years ago. They have a reputation for providing their clients with an outstanding and innovative service. They are looking to appoint2 Personal Lines Advisors to work out of their Ferndown office

The Role involves assisting their personal lines team within a fast paced but friendly and supportive office environment. They are ideally looking for previous insurance experience if possible but will consider appropriate customer service experience.

The main responsibilities are

Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries concerning motor and household insurance
Quoting on new business
Dealing with client requests and midterm adjustments
Inviting renewals
Taking first notification of claims
Take pride in their work
Be able to work well within a close team
Possess good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Be competent with the use of computers
Be willing to follow instructions accurately
Maintain punctuality
Be polite and helpful at all times
