The Role:
Administrator

A companywide Administrator supporting all areas of the business in general administration. A key point of contact for incoming sales calls enquiries orders and complaints.


Job Requirements:


  • Manage all incoming telephone calls to the Company
  • Managing e
- mail and website

  • Diary management for senior managers as required
  • Record any incoming sales enquiries and ensure the Account Manager is aware
  • Support the Sales team creating and managing administration systems
  • Chase the IT help line and ensure company queries are resolved
  • Produce accurate invoice and despatch paperwork to support orders
  • Book and check invoices ensuring they are passed to Accounts by 9am each day for orders despatched the previous day. Where this is not possible make Accounts aware
  • Assist in dealing with invoice queries
  • Support Stock checks and audits
  • Book transport deal with queries and complaints
  • Data input and manage administration associated with traceability systems
  • Provide samples where requested
  • Raise trial orders and support new product introduction as required
  • Franking and despatch of mail
  • Filing
  • Accurate and detailed
  • Organised
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers. Develop an interest and knowledge of their company and people.
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve efficiency.
  • Work as part of a team and cover for colleagues as appropriate
  • Good Excel skills

The Package:


  • Salary £22,000 £25,000 depending on level of experience
  • Monday to Friday 09:00am 5:30pm
