Cedar Ward is a nurse-led 17 bedded dementia friendly unit within Chippenham hospital which specialises in rehabilitation and sub-acute care.

You will be working within a diverse team consisting of Healthcare Assistants, Nurse Associates, Registered nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Support Workers, Nurse consultants, advanced clinical practitioners and Doctors.
