We have a position available in our Winnersh Service Centre for a Service repair engineer.

This will involve diagnosing faults to mostly board level repair (although some component level repairs may be necessary) using a variety of tools from block diagrams to PC based diagnostic / AI tools.

Products being supported would cover everything from DC to >50 GHz


What will you be doing?:


  • Repairing electronic Test & Measurement instruments to maintain full functionality and accuracy.
  • Talking with both external customers and internal partners
  • Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that will require use of judgment.
  • Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Good understanding of how to troubleshoot & isolate faults using a broad range of technical knowledge and signal path analysis.

Job Qualifications:


  • BTEC/apprenticeship or specialized training/certification in Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in repair of electronic equipment (ideally Test & Measurement equipment) preferrable.
