Collegiate Management Services, part of the AmTrust group, is the UK's largest Professional Indemnity MGA. We provide niche insurance solutions to professionals to ensure they have the right protection to meet their liabilities.

We're now recruiting a Compliance Officer to join our small, collaborative team based out of our City of London office.

This is a critical role for us, and you will be responsible for ensuring we comply with all relevant regulations in the insurance industry.

With circa 50 staff, split between underwriting, claims handling and operations, this is a role where you will have visibility and exposure to all parts across the business as part of your day to day role.

To be successful, we'd expect you to have compliance experience gained within the insurance industry, possibly within a multi-branch company or MGA.

You will be a strong communicator, be comfortable with working different types of technology, and of working independently.

It would be helpful if you have experience of complaint handling, knowledge of Consumer Duty, TCF or other FCA regulatory requirements but it's not critical and we'd still love to hear from you.
