Would you like the opportunity to lead a tax team and work for a business that have seen exponential growth the past few years? My client is a global business who are looking for a Tax Director to take a lead on all business development initiatives and helpgrow the team further.

Roles and responsibilities:

Leading teams on a number of M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring & tax modelling
Leading and managing business development initiatives
Growing tax team and managing existing members of the team
Coordinating and liaising with teams across different jurisdictions

Qualifications:

ACA or CTA qualified
Significant UK tax experience
