LinKing Recruitment are representing a well-established, family run steel company, based in Derbyshire.


Duties:

• Produce quotations/estimate from engineer Drawings.
• Produce quotations from customer drawings.
• Liaise with design engineer regarding any quires
• Understand machine capabilities.
• Use Fabtrol and bespoke software, word excel to create process quotes.
• Set up and maintain job files with all relevant paperwork.
• Order/ organise materials internal and external.
• Arrange for collections / delivery of complete jobs.
• Arrange for collections / deliveries to and from painters galvaniser and to and from site.
• Provide basic drawings to support fabrication quotes.
• Liaise / support draught man.

- carry out invoicing ,month end and year end procedures

• Maintain a close working relationship with fabrication department and provide support with any fabrication issues.
• Log and control costs regarding any variations.
• Carry out general office duties and provide cover as necessary during holidays and sickness.
• Support steel sales staff.
• Inform GM of any issues regarding jobs/ work load.

Salary:
£38,072.00-£44,100.00 per year

• Derby, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
