We are hiring for a Credit Controller to join our growing team in Portadown.

Responsibilities

Review of customer purchase orders including matching to internal sales orders.
Ensure sales invoices for dispatches are processed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies.
Ensure sales invoices and associated documentation are sent promptly following preparation.
Preparing & sending customer statements.
Review and follow up of overdue balances and communication with customers to ensure prompt payment.
Analysing cash receipts for KPI measurement.
Filing of invoices and other salesrelated paperwork.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts e.g. sales analysis; sales incentive and warranty provisions; posting journals to the general ledger.
Assistance with preparation EC sales and Intrastat.
Working with finance team to drive continuous improvement and to support business growth.
Liaising with external auditors to support annual statutory accounts process.
Support of other finance processes as required.
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Essential

Previous experience working in an accounts receivable/ financial administrative background.
Minimum 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths Grade C and above.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel experience

Desirable

3rd level qualification
Demonstrable experience working with both international customers and wide range of internal stakeholders.
Experience working with customer portals.
Experience of incorporating receivables into cash forecasting.
