Customer Service Operator

Location:
Oldbury

Pay:
£22-24K per year

Temp - perm

Hours: 2 weeks am 7am - 3pm / 2 weeks pm 3pm - 11pm (rotational shift)

365 People are recruiting on behalf of a one of our amazing manufacturing clients for an experienced Customer Service Operator, this is an excellent chance for you to join a company in Oldbury that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.

For this role you must have Evolution or Micro System experience.

You will be supporting other team members and representing a company who are very passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to their customers.

You will be working in a professional and fast paced environment.

The Role

Answering inbound customers calls in a professional and timely manner.
Checking prices are correct on customer orders.
Scanning orders.
Outbound customer calls to update on ETA of deliveries.
Customer calls to update what stock is available.
Accurately typing up customer quotes
All other duties as required.
Will always deliver excellent customer service.
Will accurately process customer orders.
Will have excellent attention to detail.
Be hard working and reliable
Be personable and able to work as a team and work on your own initiative.
Be looking for a longterm opportunity.
