Role:

Do you have a background in Financial Services onboarding and understand the meaning of 'Fit and Proper'?

Our client is a widely recognised, high-profile business, an 'Employer of Choice', who offer great benefits, a positive working culture and opportunities to advance your career.

They have an immediate requirement for a Membership Case Worker to join the team at either Newcastle on a hybrid basis or, to work remotely, if out of the North East area.

The individual would have to travel on a regular basis (2-3 times per month) to Newcastle,if working remotely.

The role will see you playing a key part in the overall onboarding experience, so it is vital that Advisers receive a positive, professional service.

You will be involved in the recruitment and vetting process using all relevant information, to assess if thecase should proceed to appointment or not.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging appropriate training where required and reviewing the outcomes
  • Undertake all aspects of due diligence including reviewing references, criminal records, financial records (and any information held in the public domain)
  • Provide robust evidence of due diligence activity
  • Follow and complete associated processes
