Description
Our client in the City Centre is looking for an Accounting and finance administrator to join their small team.

Our client is a charity and works with people in recovery or in the justice system (or at risk of entering the justice system).

An opportunity to use your finance experience to help make a difference.
This is a permanent position. Full time hours Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

Finance:


  • Updating accounts software (Xero) Manage outgoing/incoming invoices Work closely with treasurer and project director Update on key financials Monitor budget spends Liaise with accountant/external auditors as and when required.

Project Delivery:


  • Receive project/programme specs to be transferred into database Monitor live and upcoming projects/programmes (participant attendance/engagement) Update project director on all aspects of delivery, engagement, reporting and referral recruitment.

General:


Safeguarding:


  • Monitoring policies and procedures.

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£24,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
