  • 2 Days in London is a must, the rest from home

- absorb change and drive user adoption.
- develop and implement a leading change management framework to deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes, aligned to the strategic organisational direction set by the Executive/Leadership team.
- best practice in organisational change management and provide expert advice for team members and the project/change community
- ensure all impacted parties are ready to adopt new ways of working and technology, supported by a dedicated people and organisational change approach.

  • The Delivery Lead will be responsible for delivering and embedding change initiatives in support of the agreed adoption metrics.
