Senior Combat Modelling Analyst - 6 Month Contract - GOV - Public Sector

You will be in working to deliver the first tranche of modelling for Tactical Actions (TAs), which are bite-sized combat situations which commonly occur in the scenarios of interest

These will incorporate:

Management of performance data.
Implementation of schemes of manoeuvre.
Replication and debugging.
Analysis and presentation of results.
Strong experience of using analytical combat simulations is required.

Support the senior technical staff and technical partners in the development of new models, including supporting review and acceptance processes.

You'll have relevant experience in:

Security Clearance (SC) is needed for this position.
A basic familiarity with Linux
Working with military users.
An Operational Analysis/Operational Research mindset and experience (as the model outputs will support further analysis).
