Our client based in Pulborough are looking for someone to join their customer service team asap.

The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator
- managing inbound and outbound calls
- receiving sales orders and maintaining a high level of service
- using spreadsheets and reports
- dealing with paperwork


The Successful Applicant:

The Successful Customer Service Administrator will

  • Have customer service experience
- computer literate
- clear communication
- good organisational skills and time management
- attention to detail
- basic intermediate skills in Microsoft office package
