Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust
Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is looking for an experienced

  • HR and Payroll Team Leader to work with the Trust HR Manager and
- team. The HR function forms part of a central Trust team supporting
- over 700 employees working in our 7 Academies across the

  • Lincolnshire area.

Description of Job/duties:


  • Be supporting Principals and senior leaders to manage all
aspects of the employee life cycle including sickness absence
- management
  • Have extensive HR experience, preferably within education
  • Hold a relevant HR qualification or be working towards one
  • Have a high degree of confidence and flexibility to cover the
demands of the role including driving to sites within our Trust
- for meetings
  • Be organised and solutions focused
