My client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team as a specialist in Sustainability Recruitment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions and best practices in recruitment and sustainability

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, with a focus on sustainability recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues
  • Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in the sustainability field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter with a passion for sustainability and environmental issues
