Granville Academy joined The de Ferrers Trust in 2017. We are a Multi Academy
Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary
Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

We are looking for a self
- motivated, hardworking and reliable person to join our friendly and welcoming team. The Premises Assistant will assist the Site Resources Manager in providing an excellent premises management service for the working needs of students, staff and other site users of The de Ferrers Academy.


You will be expected to take responsibility for the daily running of all site related matters including the provision of maintenance, janitorial, cleaning and security services.

Be able to resolve problems as they arise, prioritising tasks as required, work under own initiative and take pride in all of your work.


To be successful in the role you should be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills and be able to relate well to children and interact with them in a friendly and positive manner.

Previous experience as a Caretaker or experience in the building trade is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
