We are a gymnastic club seeking passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. This is an exciting opportunity to share your love for gymnastics and help athletes develop their skills in a supportive and positive environment.
We have a built in gymnastics studio with high quality Gymnova equipment.


About the team:

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and lead gymnastics classes, ensuring that each session is engaging, safe, and tailored to the needs of the participants
  • Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and skills for various gymnastics disciplines
  • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help gymnasts improve their performance
  • Create and implement training programs that focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall athletic development
  • Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper safety protocols and spotting techniques
  • Motivate and inspire gymnasts to reach their full potential while fostering a love for the sport
  • Collaborate with other coaches to develop lesson plans, evaluate progress, and coordinate team activities
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff members regarding class schedules, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a similar coaching role is required
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and training methods
  • Ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide constructive feedback to athletes of all ages
  • Passion for working with children and helping them develop both athletically and personally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and colleagues
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred

Salary:
£13.00-£30.00 per hour
