Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries in person
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Utilise phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Analyse customer needs and recommend additional products or services to enhance their experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary:
From £24,953.26 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
