We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Utilise phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend additional products or services to enhance their experience

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
From £24,953.26 per year
