Are you a passionate and hands-on leader? We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with supervisory office experience to join our successful client in Basingstoke.

Please note that due to the location of the company, you MUST be a driver.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a two-person team and overseeing the day to day operations, making sure that KPIs are met and maintaining excellent communication links between departments on various levels.

As the Customer Service Supervisor you will enjoy:

As the Customer Service Supervisor you will be:

Ensuring departmental KPIs are met
Leading 2 team members and supporting them in handling daytoday functions
Maintaining the internal database to a highly accurate standard
Liaising with customers, engineers, and other departments at various levels of the business
Liaising with engineers regarding process of calls, closing jobs when completed and raising any necessary invoices
Liaising with customers and credit control regarding invoice queries, settlement of invoices, credit notes and order processing
