What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our UK Business team, where you will be delivering end to end recruitment for your business area.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders to support with the continual development of our talent attraction mission and act as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand.
Key accountabilities include:
- Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles.
- Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP's being a centre of excellence for recruitment/resourcing.
- Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles.
- Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and nontechnical roles.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery (including proactive sourcing).
- Prior experience of working in resourcing team within large corporate / matrix organisations.
- Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment up to senior management level.
- Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, with strong social media sourcing expertise.
- Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
