We are looking for a
SERVICE SUPERVISOR to join the Pure family.

This is a hands-on role' and you will be responsible for supporting the Service Assistant Manager in managing the shop team in order to provide an excellent experience for every customer.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an outgoing, energetic person who demonstrates the same values that we live by at Pure - Thoughtful, Passionate, Inventive and Generous.

What we are offering:

Salary up to £13.50 per hr (including £1 team weekly bonus after 10 days)
Permanent contract (no zerohour contracts at Pure)

- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3,600 worth of food and drinks per year)

Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days)
Referral scheme. £100 for both you and the person you refer after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Service Assistant Manager in managing the shop team
Ensuring the best customer service is delivered consistently
Training new members of the team and inspiring them to be the best they can
Ensuring the Health & Safety standards in the shop are always followed
Accepting and preparing the Deliveroo orders
Banking and shop closing duties
