The business:
Our client has a unique business offering within the global contracting market. They specialise across technology and finance and have an established corporate client base.
In the last few years, they have found themselves delivering upon 92% of business and clients often come to them after having little success with the well-known big names.
The role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and develop new client relationships on a corporate and global scale
- Leveraging on existing hiring manager and TA relationships to convert customers
- Work on client retention and organic growth
- Boast a strong track record in IT Contracting and Client Management;
- Have strong relationships with senior decision makers in Technology and HR;
- Have previous experience in building/managing relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Have loads of initiative to work independently whilst also being a strong team player.
- Be results driven and comfortable working with targets.
