Description

We have a rare opportunity to appoint a new manager in our busy legal services team.

You will take the lead on relationships with internal clients who use our services across a broad range of work including adult and children's social care, housing, public protection, trading standards, education and employment.

We aim to provide timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the delivery of a range of council functions.

These are challenging financial times for all local authorities so a focus on efficiency and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role.

Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process.

Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
