£18,000 - £21,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission + benefits

MC Technical Recruitment are a specialist recruitment agency, focusing on the supply of Technical & Engineering staff to the Renewable Energy & wider Power Generation sectors. Formed in 2019, we have gone from strength-to-strength and through organic growth, are now seeking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to focus solely on our busy power generation desk.

What is a Recruitment Resourcer?

A Resourcer is someone who supports a team of Recruitment Consultants, helping them to source the best talent in the sector.

This role is specifically to work on our busy power generation desk which covers conventional power stations and energy from waste plants.

Working under the guidance of a Recruitment Consultant you would be responsible for:

Updating the database/CRM with thorough and detailed notes

What skills do I need?
To be considered for this role, you should have

A positive attitude and willingness to learn the recruitment & power generation sectors
Good IT computer skills
Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Good written and verbal communication skills being willing to pick up the phone and talk to people is key
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Ideally an interest in the energy sector (how electricity is made)
Looking for a longterm career that offers training and future development into a Recruitment Consultant position
A full UK driving licence
