    Strategic Customer Success Role

    In this role, you will manage key strategic accounts across our global customer base. Your primary responsibility will be driving adoption and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion, and advocacy within your portfolio.

    Compensation will be tied to increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) within your portfolio, achieved through identifying and driving upsells and renewals, aligned with a quarterly quota. You should have a passion for learning about cybersecurity and AI, while consistently delivering exceptional service to our customers.

    Daily Responsibilities

    • You will present, discuss, and demonstrate Darktrace's cyber threat defence solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
    • You will conduct business reviews to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes.
    • You will identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • You will ensure customers are set up for success and facilitate renewal at the end of subscription terms.
    • You will monitor customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute action plans.

    Requirements

    We seek an individual who can build long-lasting relationships with various stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably at the enterprise or strategic level, such as Account Executive, Account Management, Customer Success Manager, or Business Development Executive.
    • A comfort level working in a target-driven environment.

    This role is hybrid, requiring attendance at our London office for a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
