Bramley Home Care is an established independent home care provider with many years of experience in providing reliable, high quality professional care.

Our aim is to provide a service that enables our customers to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home.

The role of a Care Administrator is very much front facing.

You will represent the company and go out into the community and meet with new prospective clients and their family members to access and discuss their care needs and the services available to them.

You will draw up and agree a care plans.

You are further responsible for contacting other care departments/agencies associated with the client to ensure that our services are delivered appropriately.

Other tasks will also include but are not limited to:

  • Updating care plans and records
  • Carers timesheets and travel audits
  • Answering the telephone
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • Liaising with and assisting the Manager, Bookkeeper and Care coordinator
  • Digital file management
The Care coordinators role requires interpersonal skills as well as adherence to best practices.

This means having the ability to listen to clients and respect their privacy and dignity while also ensuring that CQC requirements are met and that the standards of care are upheld.


The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Excellent time management
  • Computer literate to include browser based software, Word and Excel
  • At least 3 years experience within the care sector


The Care Coordinators responsibilities also extend to always ensuring the safety of other team members too, so this is a diverse role with lots of opportunities to grow and develop.

On occassional exceptional circumstances, you may be required to assist in care giving. This can be discussed further.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 32 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
