What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Work in collaboration with strategists, creative and brand teams to deliver the highestperformance campaigns
  • Be responsible for endtoend process of campaign delivery from setup to full campaign management, optimisations and reporting
  • Lead marketing automation efforts to run campaigns efficiently and improve ROI
  • Conceptualise structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance
  • Ensure all media plans uphold media standards, creating effective media plans without sacrificing the creative
  • Create frameworks for keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets, and other variables to improve the performance of campaigns
  • Make regular recommendations based on best practices, trends, and performance
  • Create paid media measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPIs
  • Utilise marketing techstack to help the brands to create dashboards for campaigns, analyse performance reports, identify learnings and report back to the inhouse creative team
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry innovations and ad technology and be the first to test relevant tools and ad formats
  • Support ad hoc marketing projects such as marketing attribution, geosplit testing, marketing tech tool evaluation, automation and business intelligence
  • Act as an ambassador for data and performance, showcasing the value it can add to creative, content and experiences.
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful

  • 13 years of relevant experience in paid social (specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram)
  • Good knowledge of related tools and technologies (e.g. DSPs, FB Editor, AdWords)
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, changing environments
  • Collaborative team player, openminded
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
  • Selfstarter and proactive in channel growing and meeting targets / KPIs
  • A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a largescale organisation
  • Proven commercial understanding
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Selfmotivated demonstrates tenacity, resilience, strives to deliver results.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,752.85-£50,000.00 per year
