RWe are recruiting for a full-time Student Experience Team leader.


The Student Experience Team Leader will take delegated responsibility for Safeguarding and Child Protection across the College, working under the overall direction of the Student Experience Manager who will establish the relevant service priorities.

The post will work with the Safeguarding Team to ensure that all statutory safeguarding responsibilities are met; that RuTC continues to be a safe place to learn; and that the welfare of students is paramount.


The Student Services department works in collaboration with College stakeholders to promote the personal development and success of students, preparing them for life and employment in modern Britain.

The department also works to ensure that students are well supported during their course, through providing access to services, information, advice and guidance that address potential barriers to achievement, enabling equality of opportunity in education.

Support is aimed at helping students to stay focused and achieve the best possible outcomes on their study programme.


Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London's most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old's and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.

We have opened a new building in 2020 and due to develop a brand-new technology-focussed STEM Centre for 2024.

This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links - it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
