About The Role:

We are seeking to recruit a
Programme Coordinator who can provide a committed level of administrative support to staff and associates of the Centre for Blended Realities.

Working as part of the Research and Knowledge Exchange team, this is role is fixed term and part-funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF).

Acting as a first point of enquiry for Falmouth's contribution to the Entrepreneurial Futures SPF project, you will manage internal and external communications, coordinate events, and manage and maintain client folders and programme information.


Reporting to the Centre for Blended Realities Lead, you will provide first level programme advice, ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded within the appropriate customer relationship management system (CRM), ensure compliance with the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), and provide comprehensive support for meetings, steering groups, and quarterly reporting.


This is a varied role, suited to an individual ready to use initiative to determine priorities, work with autonomy, work effectively with senior colleagues and external partners, and keen to grow skills in a highly supportive and positive team environment.

  • Experience of working on a range of tasks simultaneously, accurately to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Recent and relevant experience of working in a customer/client focused environment, including the provision of first line advice and guidance.
  • Effective analytical and problem solvingskills
  • A good understanding of data protection and safe record keeping.
  • A positive, proactive and flexible approach to daily duties and responsibilities.
