Bluestar Resourcing is looking for experienced and reliable care assistants in the Crawley and the surrounding area, As a Healthcare Assistant you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable and happy life.
- Providing compassionate & innovative support to our client's and residents, observing the wellbeing of the individuals.
- Providing personcentered care that reflects on residents rights and preferences, ensuring dignity and wellbeing are always maintained.
- Providing personal care to residents and complying with our client's procedures and legislation.
- Promoting independence and life skills.
- Supporting the residents to participate in daily activities and social interactions.
- Reporting incidents as per our client's policies and procedures.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to understand and be understood, both verbal and written.
- You must have patience, tact, and understanding.
- You must have experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support worker
Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract
Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
