Salary - £28, £32,485.70
per annum.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to support our People Business Partners and the wider People and Organisational Development team in the provision of a high-quality service to all managers and staff across the College group.
Based at our Washington Campus this role will involve dealing with employee relations issues including supporting managers with absence management, disciplinary, capability and grievance.
You must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to analysis and present complex information.With experience of excellent relationship management, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in coaching managers using your influence and negotiation skills to proactively support the business.
There will be some travel involved with the role.Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
