Are you a skilled Site Agent seeking an exciting freelance opportunity? Join forces with Contract Scotland as we collaborate with a leading civil engineering contractor for a captivating Freelance Site Agent role on a dynamic Fife project.


About the Role:


As a Site Agent, you'll become an integral part of the existing team, contributing to the timely and budget-friendly completion of the project.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing subcontractors involved in cladding, steel, and concrete on an industrial steel framework project.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Build positive relationships both on and offsite.
  • Ensure comprehensive Health and Safety oversight on the site.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the procurement of equipment and materials.
  • Supervise staff and subcontractors.
  • Handle permits and conduct safety checks.

What's On Offer:


  • Start date: 8th January for a 20week duration.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- £280 to £320 (Gross) per day DOE.

Your Qualifications:


  • Minimum HNC level qualification in civil engineering.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly with steel frameworks and industrial construction.
  • Hold a valid First Aid, CSCS, and SMSTS card.
  • ISOH or NEBOSH certification is desirable.
