EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Permanent, full time role
5 days, Monday-Friday
Office based

We currenlty have a new opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional to join our rapidly growing business as an Executive Assistant.
Working in a fast paced environment, you'll provide hands-on, first class support to Streamline's Managing Director and confidently collaborate with all senior stakeholders in the business to ensure the company's vision, strategies and operations are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:- Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings
- Act as 'follow up Manager' across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed
- Book transport and accommodation as and when required
- Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, offsite quarterly days and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points
- Maintain RPM's, administrative systems, database and server protocols
- Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Previous EA experience at CEO/Director level
- Exceptional organisational skills of self and others and able to work without supervision
- Maintain 100% confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy and tactfulness
- Use polished communication skills both verbal and nonverbal to influence and persuade
- Focus on business priorities, all functions to ensure client and other stakeholder satisfaction
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong Microsoft Skills for common apps
- Ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings

Location:
Based at our Head Office at 7 Queen Anne Drive, Newbridge, Edinburgh, EH28 8LH, you'll be close to the M8 and M9 motorways and to a number of major bus routes and only a 10 minute drive to The Gyle with all the amenities it has to offer.
