Today we look after the investments of more than 200,000 private, corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all trades are executed correctly in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure all trades are executed with a high degree of accuracy
Ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure all consumers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after execution as per TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) guidelines.
Respond to queries raised by internal areas, Independent Financial Advisers and clients, efficiently and professionally. This includes both verbal and written correspondence
Support other Operational Teams where required
Advise the relevant stakeholder of all outstanding and current issues
Undertake additional projects as directed

Entry requirements

5 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent (must include Mathematics and English)

Training to be provided

Level 3 Investment Operations Technician Standard
