Marketing Executive needed to join our small creative team on the edge of the New Forest National Park.
We are looking for someone who can support our Marketing Director. Someone who can help shape and implement digital marketing/content strategies for Recognition and our wide range of B2B clients.


You will:

- work with our small team to help build our client's social media and content strategy
- help plan and organise events across the country
- plan and organise video/photoshoots
- create and manage marketing plans
- manage social media accounts
- produce and schedule content that both engages existing audiences and new ones
- write case studies and articles that encourage engagement across websites and social channels
- build a consistent tone of voice that clients can use across multiple touchpoints
- reply to clients and help them with any queries they may have
- try to find new ways of reaching potential customers
- build digital marketing campaigns using Google & PPC adverts
- write and edit blog posts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent (may also consider part-time position of 3-4 days a week, salary pro-rata)

Working day:

• Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day, working flexible hours between 86 with 1 hour for lunch

Education:

• A marketing/communications degree or an equivalent

Experience:

years' experience within an in-house marketing team or creative agency.

• Experience of managing and growing social media accounts.
• Experience using WordPress, Squarespace & Mailchimp is important but not a must.
• You will be expected to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience would also be beneficial.
