James's Place systems.

The Financial Services Administrator role is interesting and challenging, and you will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks.

You will work seamlessly with our clients, taking on the role of a dedicated first point of contact, and provide proactive support to ensure that relationships with your clients can be enhanced.

Our Financial Services Administrators enjoy using their initiative and have a 'can do' working style to fulfil a vital support function within a busy office environment.


Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional, cost effective and comprehensive administrative support function to your portfolio of clients through:

  • Appointment making/telephone calls to clients, prospects and third parties.
  • Task Management for client and PA.
  • Liaising with Fund providers to chase for client financial information.
  • Transcribing dictation.
  • Uploading meeting notes.
  • Address actions arising from communication with the client.
  • Regular calls to client to go through tasks and objectives.
  • Full management of Salesforce and internal intranet systems.
  • Telephone answering and message taking.
  • Produce reports.
  • Meeting preparation documentation.
  • Downloading Financial Services Wealth Accounts, client valuations.
  • Chasing up Letters of Authority/liaising with ceding scheme providers.

What we expect from our Financial Administrators:

  • Demonstrate pro-activity; making suggestions to improve the clients service offering.
  • Gain indepth knowledge of your clients so decisions can be made without referral.
  • Produce accurate data and highquality documentation.
  • Establish a structured support model with each client.
  • Share best practices with the team.
  • Work with your pod to cover any absences, and ensure the clients service experience remains at a high level.
