As a
Business Manager,you'll play a vital role in
managing the procurement of services at a day to day transactional level.

This will include delivering cashable savings to their clients which is achieved through re-engineeringprocesses, systemising the transaction and managing the supply chain using objective measures of quality and price.

About the role:

Based in
West Sussex (Hybrid working), you will be tasked with the following key objectives:

  • Business Managers are required in the first instance to optimise revenue generation from the core contract and to ensure that the client is receiving the maximum commercial benefit from the service that Matrix SCM provides.
  • Business Managers must also gain maximum contract duration achieving contract extensions with all Clients. This role requires the individual to be able to create excellent working relationships at all levels of the client through Training, support, helpguidance and possess an engaging manner.
  • The successful applicant will have to spend a number of days per week away from the Office, whether that is Quarterly Business Reviews, onsite meetings with the clients and must balance this working at Milton Keynes and/or home.

  • Highly motivated and target focussed
  • General knowledge of the temporary/agency market, and new policies and legislation impacts
  • Proactive style of working
  • Full Clean Driving Licence

Matrix SCM,a managed service provider that specialises in managing the procurement of services at a day to day transactional level.

Working predominately in the Public sector, Matrix cover a broad range of services,specifically working in Temporary Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, Consultancy and Projects.
