Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of asset management? My client are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Service Administration Apprentice to join their team.

As an apprentice, you will be exposed to a comprehensive learning experience that will lay the foundation for a successful career in service administration where you will be working with the Customer Service Team, dealing with the day-to-day communications with customers.

My client are a leading manufacturer within the forklift industry specialising in a mixture of forklift trucks.

Job Profile


As a Service Administration Apprentice we are seeking people from a variety of different backgrounds and previous experience is not essential.

If you are successful, you will be offering full service administration support to the Customer Service Team, where you will be communicating directly with customers, different departments within the business such as parts, workshop controllers, vendors, and more.


You will be learning all aspects of Service Administration, taking on associated tasks to ensure the daily running of the service department.

Covering for the Service Controller when necessary to fulfil key tasks when required and interacting with other departments to ensure the communications with customers, engineers, and vendors.

What are we looking for as a Service Administration Apprentice?

As this is an Apprenticeship, no specific experience is required, however the following will be desirable:

  • Previous experience working within an administration role
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritise job responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with MS Windows; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
