As Inventory Control Manager you will have overall accountability for the management and development of the UK inventory & warehousing team.

Ensuring the management of inventory levels, network delivery performance, stock accuracy & safety across all bppulse UK operated warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

To develop and deliver the inventory strategy, standardise and implement robust processes
Accountable for the development and standardisation of all inventory policies and practices ensuring they are adopted & adhered to throughout the organisation.
Role model continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and cost savings across UK operations.
Conduct detailed audits of all inventory functions across the network driving compliance across all warehouse locations
Working closely with 3rd party Contract Managers & Procurement to ensure UK warehousing & distribution performance exceeds SLAs and customer expectations
Responsible for stock management of endtoend Inventory cycle, including Goods in Transit, receipt into storage and full duration of storage

Qualifications

Previous experience managing large scale Stock / Inventory within Warehousing & Operations, ideally across a fast paced, complex environment
Sound knowledge of endtoend supply chain and operational processes
Excellent working knowledge of Inventory governance and stock control, along with experience of managing business operations
Excellent knowledge of ERP / SAP systems and operational transactions to enable coaching, developing and reporting
Strong Leadership skills and able to motivate, coach and develop teams to drive business performance
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
