As Inventory Control Manager you will have overall accountability for the management and development of the UK inventory & warehousing team.

Ensuring the management of inventory levels, network delivery performance, stock accuracy & safety across all bppulse UK operated warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To develop and deliver the inventory strategy, standardise and implement robust processes
  • Accountable for the development and standardisation of all inventory policies and practices ensuring they are adopted & adhered to throughout the organisation.
  • Role model continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and cost savings across UK operations.
  • Conduct detailed audits of all inventory functions across the network driving compliance across all warehouse locations
  • Working closely with 3rd party Contract Managers & Procurement to ensure UK warehousing & distribution performance exceeds SLAs and customer expectations
  • Responsible for stock management of endtoend Inventory cycle, including Goods in Transit, receipt into storage and full duration of storage

Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing large scale Stock / Inventory within Warehousing & Operations, ideally across a fast paced, complex environment
  • Sound knowledge of endtoend supply chain and operational processes
  • Excellent working knowledge of Inventory governance and stock control, along with experience of managing business operations
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP / SAP systems and operational transactions to enable coaching, developing and reporting
  • Strong Leadership skills and able to motivate, coach and develop teams to drive business performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
