Our client is looking for an HR Manager - site based so no hybrid

Description

  • Advising Managers on all People Processes including Starters/Leavers, Performance Management Cycle, Development Plans and Salary Reviews
  • Being the first point of contact for employee queries and offering guidance on the appropriate resources and systems on our Digital Workspace
  • Coaching and supporting Managers across all Employee Relations matters, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation
  • Partnering hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, including support with interviews and analysis of psychometric testing
  • Managing onboarding process for new hires, ensuring induction modules are completed on time and supporting with any queries
  • Leading calendar of wellbeing initiatives at the site alongside network of Wellbeing Champions
  • Supporting Managers in developing and delivering action plans from annual employee engagement survey
  • Working closely with our HR Administrator on any payroll actions or employee changes
  • Collaborating with UK HR colleagues on continuous improvement projects

Profile
- previous experience from manufacturing environment
- a proven track record of building strong relationships across all levels, including Directors
- a continuous improvement mindset
- level 3 or above qualification in Human Resource Management
- some years of HR experience, preferably in a standalone role as part of global organization with standardized people processes and policies
- the ability to problem solve and take learnings from every challenge
- strong communication and collaboration skills
